The wives of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are the most respectable woman of Islam.They are respectfully called Ummhat-ul-Momaneen which means the mother of all the Muslims. All the Muslims have great respect for them.

(A) HAZRAT KHADIJA (May Allah be pleased with her)
       Hazrat Khadija(May Allah be pleased with her) Was the first wife of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).She was the first women,among the Muslim women,who accepted Islam.She belonged to a very rich and noble familyof Makkah.Her father Khawalid was a famous merchant of Makkah.When her husband and father died,she took he business in her own hands.
      Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her) was a very pious and an honest lady.On account of her piety and honesty,people of Makkah called her "Tahira"which means "the pure".As she was herself pious and honest,she was searching for an honest and dutiful man who could look after her business ably.As the Holy Prophet(PBUH) was known as "Ameen"which means "the trusted one",Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her) asked him to take her merchandise to Syria.The Holy Prophet (PBUH) agreed to do so.He sold her goods at a good profit than ever.She was so greatly impressed by the sincerity and good conduct of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that she sent a proposal for marriage with him.The Holy Prophet (PBUH) was only twenty-five. She served the Holy Prophet (PBUP) with love, care and devotion.She had complete faith in her noble husband.After marriage she spend very  simple life following the foot steps her noble husband.
   After fifteen years of marriage,when the first revelation came she was the first woman who embraced Islam and devoted her life to the  service of Islam.
    When the Holy Prophet (PBUH) began to preach the message of Allah,The Quraish of Makkah became his bitter enemy.They tried their best to put the Holy Prophet (PBUH) into worst type of difficulties.They teased him badly in every possible way.During this period of great hardships,Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her) proved to be his best companion.She put her whole property and wealth at his disposal. She stood by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) like a rock without any fear.
  Ten years after the Prophethood,Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her) passed away.With her departure,the Holy Prophet (PBUH) lost his most sincere life-partner.As long as Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her),the Holy Prophet (PBUH) did not marry any other woman.
  The Holy Prophet (PBUH) had seven children by Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her)  but all the male children died in their childhood namely Hazrat Tahir,Hazrat Qasim and Hazrat Tayyab.The four daughters,namely Hazrat Zainab,Hazrat Ruqayya,Hazrat Umme-Kulsoom and Hazrat Fatima (May Allah  be pleased with them) remained alive.
  Hazrat Khadija (May Allah be pleased with her) has such a high status among Ummul Momaneen (Mother of Muslims) that Allah promised her entry into paradise.
(B) Hazrat AISHA SIDDIQA (May Allah be pleased with her)
       Hazrat Aisha Siddiqa (May Allah be pleased with her) has a very important place  in the History of Islam.She was the daughter of Hazrat  Abu Bakar Siddique(May Allah be pleased with her) She was a born -Muslim because her family had accepted Islam before her birth .She learnt the Holy Quran by heart.She never missed a prayer or a fast.
     At the houses of her father as well as her husband,she had to do most of the household work,like cooking ,grinding wheat and washing cloths,by herself.There was no servant at Holy Prophet is (PBUH) house.
   Hazrat Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) had a great deal of religious knowledge.She narrated more than 1000 Ahadith of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). She had great respect for her intelligence and wisdom.She had the qualities of simplicity,piety and generosity.She was a noble,God fearing and thoroughly gentle woman.
   Hazrat Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) lived for many years after the departure of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).No other person could guide them properly about the religious affairs and the sayings of Holy Prophet (PBUH).Till the end of her life,Hazrat Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) served as a great source of religious knowledge for the early Muslims.
    Hazrat Aisha (May  Allah be pleased with her) is remembered by all the Muslims with great regard and honour. She is respectfully called the Ummul Momaneen,means the mother of Muslims.
(C) Hazrat Fatima Az-Zahra (May Allah be pleased with her)
   Hazrat Fatima Az-Zahra(May Allah be pleased with her) was the daughter of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).Her mother was Hazrat Khadija ( May Allah be pleased with her) the first and most respectful wife of Holy Prophet(PBUH).Her great is teaching and guidance  developed her into a very cultured,lovable,kind-hearted and broad-minded lady.
  Hazrat Fatima (May Allah be pleased with her) was the most beloved daughter of the Holy Prophet(PBUH). She adopted all the saintly habits of her father.She was married to Hazrat Ali (May Allah be pleased with him) at the age of eighteen years.She got in her dowry from the Holy Prophet (PBUH) a leather water carrier,an earthen picher,two earthen bowls, a mat and a corn-grinding stone.
 
   Hazrat Fatima (May Allah be pleased with her ) was a very devoted wife.She used to perform all her house -hold duties herself.She had no servant or slave to work for her.She had to cookfood,wash clothes,rear children grindcorn,sweep the house and fetch water from well.
   God Almighty blessed Hazrat Fatima(May Allah be pleased with her) with five children,three sons,Hassan,Hussain and Moshin, and two daughters, Zainab and Umme Kulsoom.
Hazrat Fatima (May Allah be pleased with her) loved his father,the Holy Prophet (PBUH) very much.She dressed his father is wounds and cared other injured Muslims in the Battle of Ohad.She also joined the Holy Prophet (PBUH) during his conquest of Makkah. She also went along with the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in his Farewell Pilgrimage.
   Hazrat Fatima stayed at the bed  side of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) when he fell seriously ill.One day,the Holy Prophet (PBUH)  whispered something in her ears, which made her weep. At some other time he again whispered something in her ears which made her smile. After the death of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) she told that incident to Hazrat Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her).She said that when her father told her that he was going to leave her for ever,it made her weep.But when he told her that she would be the first person to join him in Heaven,it made her smile.
   Hazrat Fatima (May Allah be pleased with her) loved the Holy Prophet (PBUH) so much that she could not tolerate the grief of her beloved father is death.She too,passed away after six months of her father is death. She was 28 years of age at time of her death. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) gave her the title "Queen of Women in Heaven".
